He said that this feature is currently being tested internally. In the tweet, Tipster has also shared screenshots of the new feature. To create a post from the Instagram desktop website, the user has to click on the button at the top of the system view. In this new feature, you will be able to drag and drop photos and videos. Along with this, there will also be an option to crop photos and apply filters.

Can add captions and locations from desktop

Like app users, you will be able to add captions and locations to photos on the desktop. You can also tag friends. At the same time, there will also be a facility to hide comments in advanced settings. However, the tipster has not given any date for the feature rollout. But it is expected to come soon.

Captions will be automatically added to the story

Instagram recently launched the caption sticker feature. In this feature, captions will be automatically added to the users’ stories. It has not been rolled out in India at the moment. The new caption sticker feature of the app will be in the sticker tray. After recording the video, the user will click on the caption sticker. The caption will be added to the video itself. Also, there will be an option to change the font and color of the caption. At the same time, you will be able to edit the caption words.
