Many lawmakers return SBF-related donations
A number of lawmakers from both parties are facing increasing pressure to forgo their campaign contributions from Bankman-Fried and others FTX executives in light of allegations that it stole client funds.
The campaign of Beto O’Rourke, the Democratic candidate for Texas governor this year, said he returned a $1 million donation to the SBF four days before Election Day, according to The Texas Tribune.
